My Booking – the owner and the operator of the service My-Booking – is aware of the significance of the information entrusted to them. The privacy policy of the service My-Booking describes principles of collecting and maintaining personal data of the portal's Customers.

The information collected during the process of reservation is made accessible only to the owners of the tourist objects. Under no circumstances will we give the third party or the cooperating entities access to the entrusted data, except the situations in which polish law obligates us to do so. Personal data is collected only at the moment of filling in and transferring the reservation form.
Credit card data
The portal My-Booking does not collect information about your bank accounts. The credit card data is sent using secure connections based on 'Secure Socket Layer' (SSL) technology via the service of electronic payments DotPay.
Controlling your personal data
According to the requirements of law you can at any time obtain insight into the personal data you have given us. You can also demand their modification or removal. To get access to your data, send us an e-mail to personaldata (at) my-booking.eu with subject: 'request personal data'.
When does My-Booking send e-mails?
After making a reservation you will get confirmation with details of the reservation and link to the voucher. Please print the voucher as you will need it while checking in. In exceptional situations you may get request for giving your opinion on the tourist object or invitation to take advantage of a special offer. You can refuse to get such a mail at any time.
